Andrew Linnemann
Over the past 25 years, I have served as a team leader, steward, builder, and creator who has defined and scaled the taste of Starbuck’s coffee all over the world. I have developed a strong understanding and built relationships with farmers and suppliers around the world. I've collaborated with operators and roasters across our global manufacturing network and learned from, as well as led, some of the most talented teams in specialty coffee. By actively engaging with strategic business partners, I have successfully helped to deliver and scale the business of Starbucks. Through all of this, I have maintained the flavor profile of our brands and portfolios while leveraging innovative opportunities to create new-to-the-world flavors and coffee experiences.
